Best Plus Size Breastfeeding Bra

Finding a nursing bra that fits and doesn't give you uniboob...oh, and that doesn't suck...next to impossible when you're a bigger girl.

I started this blog to talk about fashion, help non-online shoppers give online shopping a shot by teaching them how to navigate online shopping and to inspire women to dress themselves with pride and purpose no matter what size they are.

Getting pregnant was everything I ever wanted...but I was terrified that there wouldn't be anything for me to dress myself in.  I got through my pregnancy in fashion and now I just want a comfortable bra to nurse and pump in that still makes me feel like a beautiful woman.  It took some trial and error, money...more than I would have liked to have spent...and searching but I finally found the most amazing bra!

LLLI Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Softcup Bra
$32.13

I don't know why I didn't think to search for La Leche League International product sooner but I'm glad I finally found them.  This bra is especially helpful while working from home...I can pump and type!

Feel free to reach out to me for Plus Size Maternity dressing questions as well as tips on how to look put together once baby has arrived.  I can help to give you function, fashion and comfort!

Let's Get Physical

Torrid recently joined the Active Wear game...and looks aren't everything...but by the looks of it, they're killing it!

I immediately wanted this jacket and these bottoms...but at this point in my maternity leave I'm not getting paid, so I've been reluctantly behaving.

Torrid Active - Performance Hoodie
$54.50

Torrid Active - Leggings
$48.50

Torrid Active - Crop Legging
$46.50

I can't speak to the performance quality..but I can say they're on point as far as fashion goes.  They look like they're functional for various levels of activity as well.

Here's hoping this is just the beginning...because I need some of these pieces in my wardrobe...Mamma's gotta make some money first!

Get Up And Get Out...

As a new Mommy I have the need to get out of the house.  Fresh air and exercise as a family is on our "To Do List" these days, and you can cover more ground in comfort, so I was on the hunt for a few new active wear pieces to add to my wardrobe.

Imagine my excitement when I received an invitation to attend  the launch of Livi Active by Lane Bryant at my local Emeryville, CA location.  I was impressed with their first introduction of in-house active wear a little over a year ago...so when I saw that they had given the line a name I had high hopes!

I'm loving the pieces I picked up and I hope to add more to my wardrobe soon.  For now I'm working with the zip front sports bra, control tech smoothing active legging, galaxy print active legging and the mesh shoulder asymmetric tunic that I actually won in a drawing at the event!
